By using DayQuest you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. DayQuest (formerly Mariana Planner) is operated by Elkin Jimenez (elkinjimenezb@gmail.com).

1. What the service is

DayQuest is an academic and personal planning app: calendar, tasks, academic planner, study content and flashcards, study blocks, and reminders by SMS, Telegram, or in-app.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• The information you enter (tasks, activities, content) must be your own and accurate.
• Do not share your account with other people.

3. SMS program

• By entering your phone number inside the app, you consent to receive text messages from DayQuest related to your own events and tasks.
• Message types: your morning plan, your evening plan, and reminders for your study blocks.
• Frequency varies based on your activity; you may receive up to about 5 messages per day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.
• Support: elkinjimenezb@gmail.com.
• No promotional or marketing messages are sent by SMS — only reminders related to your own use of the app.

4. Google Calendar

If you connect your Google account, the app reads and writes events on your calendars only to show them to you, calculate reminders, and create the study blocks you schedule. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use DayQuest for unlawful purposes, to send abusive content, or to attempt to access other people's accounts or data.

6. No warranties

DayQuest is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or that reminders or suggestions will always arrive on time. We are not liable for consequences arising from a message that is not delivered or is delivered late.
